Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please note that orders may experience delays during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Processing Delays: Occasionally, we may encounter delays due to stock availability, payment verification, or shipping carrier issues. If this happens, we will notify you immediately and keep you updated on your order status.
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping:
Delivery Time: 5-7 business days (for domestic orders).

Expedited Shipping:

We currently ship only to the continental US.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to any foreign areas at this time.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO: Orders sent to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses may experience longer delivery times, and additional shipping fees may apply.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed status, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment directly on the [carrier's website, e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx].
Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, once your package is with the carrier, we are not responsible for any delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or logistical issues.
Note: If your tracking number shows "Delivered," but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or the local post office. If you still have not received it, please contact our customer service team at social@cjautoglass.com.
Lost Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost or missing, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged Items: If your items are damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either replace the damaged items or offer a refund based on your preference.
Once an order is placed and processed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. If you need to update your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate any changes if the order hasn't already been processed for shipping.
From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions. These offers may be available for specific order amounts, shipping destinations, or special events. Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout if the promotion applies to your order.
